    Polar Bear Tank Race Chili cook-off will be held Friday, March 1s, 2013 at the Seneca Auditorium.  Tank Race teams will be registering and drawing for launch times on Saturday.  Chili cook-off prizes for best chili, most original theme, and best decorations!  Communities along the byway are encouraged to enter their best chili recipes!!  Please click here for chili cook-off rules and registration.
